AI Strategy Leader with Global Consulting and Technology Management Experience
Studied machine learning in graduate school at Tokyo Institute of Technology and holds a master’s degree in information science and engineering. After supporting business strategy for global companies at PwC and IBM, he served as a director of Mobilus, an IT company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, where he was responsible for product development and for hiring and developing engineers. He co-founded Technica Co., Ltd. in 2022 and, since 2024, has led delivery and technical consulting for Japanese companies as Representative Director and CEO of Technica AI Inc.
Business Leader with Extensive Experience in Scaling Technology Organizations
Holds a master’s degree in physics and mathematics from Odesa State Environmental University (Ukraine). He headed the Ukrainian business of Technocom, the predecessor of Vingroup, and grew its instant noodle business into a major brand in the local market. After returning to Vietnam, he served as head of the talent acquisition center at FPT Software, where he contributed to scaling the workforce from 400 to 3,000 employees. He co-founded two game companies (as COO) and helped launch CMC Global (as Vice President) before co-founding Technica Co., Ltd. in 2022, where he leads growth strategy as CEO.

Holds a Ph.D. in information systems and control engineering from Nagaoka University of Technology. After working at KDDI R&D Laboratories, he led federated learning research as a senior researcher at the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) and transferred the results to industry.
