Used cars assessment requires a visit by a specialist, who needs to determine:

A smart app to allow the car owner to:
- Take pictures of the exteriors and the interiors of the car
- Record the sound of the engine and the vibration of the engine during idling time and running time
- Send the pictures and the records to the cloud to allow the specialist to review them offline

- A cloud system to bridge car owners and car experts.
- When sufficient samples are collected, AI-based agents can be trained to automatically assess the cars to improve the efficiency of the system
